The Leap to Space Foundation is undertaking a documentary project dedicated to the first Polish space mission carried out in collaboration with the European Space Agency. The aim of the “Destination: Cosmos” initiative is to capture and disseminate this landmark moment in Poland's history—both from a technological and a human perspective.
The project tells the story of the preparations for the mission, the work of the ground teams, and the emotions accompanying the launch. It will also serve as an opportunity to showcase the impact of space missions on the advancement of science, education, industry, and societal imagination.
Through modern forms of communication—film, educational materials, and interactive content—we aim to inspire future generations to reach for what seems impossible.
